Awakened vs Asleep

51-Signs-That-Say-You-Are-Spiritually-Awakened.jpg

What does it mean to be consciously “awakened?” And how do you know if you’re “awake” or “asleep?”

It honestly means different things to different people because we all experience a different version of something that happens to change our perception of the world, ourselves and others.

There are a few key things that come to my mind to differentiate between an awakened, or awakening, person and one who is still “sleeping.”

Sleepers focus on the 3D “matrix” world problems and are usually concerned with things like local and national “news,” politics, politicians, patriotism, country, illegals and protecting their gun rights.

They are actually quite comfortable being “controlled” by the 3d matrix governments and people who pull the strings behind the scenes because it’s what they know and are used to.

They believe that their generations are better than any others and that the newest generations are weak and lazy. They hold on to their ways and speak down about others that they do not understand.

They blame parents for not “kicking enough ass,” when what they don’t realize is that there is a reason for the newest generations and that they are super important, just as good AND – will eventually save the world.

Unfortunately, they do believe and/or feel that a war is at hand – but they are confused, usually by the media, about who (or what) it is we are truly at war with.

When you awaken, all of those things usually fall away because something in your heart softens and something in your mind switches on.

Peace, love, compassion, understanding and concern for things like the environment and animals.

Suddenly you may become concerned with one time use plastics and the ocean and you feel a common link with all of humanity. You may even become compassionate and realize that all other people are humans, (teehee) too, and that we all deserve a life of safety, “freedom” and plenitude of good food and clean water.

You become hyper aware of what you’re putting in your body and you start craving less sugar and processed food and more of organic, natural food.

You start reconsidering your career path and also weighing the options of the people and places you surround yourself with and put yourself in because the “energy” of it all affects you.

Synchronicities become almost ridiculous. Almost as if they are just showing off.

You may feel a spike in your intuition and even feel “psychic” at times.

You may notice that you can see and/or feel other dimensions around you and you become like the ghost whisperer.

Dreams may become vivid, maybe lucid and sometimes super strange.

You may start to feel more spiritual and reconsider your concept of God and religion.

Maybe you get a massive alien vibe and realize how connected we are to the stars. Then you may stand outside and wait for your alien friends to come and get you… maybe that’s just me.

Please do not get this twisted though… awakened people have a purpose and so do the sleepers. Awakened people must still coordinate to the best of our ability with the 3D matrix and sleepers until something massive changes and either wakes them all up, or…?

If you start hearing things like, “the collective,” “the light,” “warrior,” “star seed” or anything pertaining to these words or subjects, you’re probably in the middle of your awakening.

And if you don’t, then you may be one of the people who are asleep and you will only awaken when you are darned good and ready!!

Are we changing the world by having an opinion?

If you could release your inner darkness and help heal the rest of your family and the world by simply letting go of hatred and judgement in the form of forcing your values on others and judging anyone for anything… and replacing all of that with love, compassion and understanding – would you?

No more time spent on politics, hate and rumor mongering, propaganda, name calling (i.e. millennials?), blaming, labeling, separating, walls, vaccines, abortions, guns or anything else meant to divide us. Because what good is all of that really doing? Are we changing the world by having an opinion? And forcing that opinion down others throats?

It is making us mean, hateful and hurtful. Period. That’s not how problems are solved. That’s how more problems are created.

When it comes time to vote, then vote. But until then, let’s make peace and stop pointing fingers and causing rifts where there doesn’t need to be any. And above all else; BE KIND.

If I told you, you absolutely could heal yourself and your family by doing this… would you?

Because you can. And what matters more than that?

Beware the darkness…

I will gladly stand before everyone and say that I was wrong if I am, because that’s not even what matters. Regardless as to whether an event takes place or not, these things I talk about couldn’t hurt. But I do believe an event is coming.

I feel this within every ounce of my being to be not only possible but probable and even better; sooner rather than later.

I see shards of geometric shapes filled with white and blue light lately in my eyes and I feel the pressure of the lower dimensions being forced out of my body and space.

I want to learn the truth about humanity, planet earth and the universe without being deceived and I want to hold my true power back within myself that has been harvested and hidden from me for all of these years.

I want love and compassion to be first and foremost above any other thought or feeling and I want to stand with others who want this and shine God’s true light upon ourselves and the earth.

I want everyone who is feeling a struggle within themselves to recognize that there is a purpose for it. That purpose can be an end to the duality and darkness that they have fought with for so long.

If you choose it. You still have free will.

It is a beautiful ascension from the greed and materialistic, consumerist lifestyle that we have come to know and latch onto.

In these next few days before the equinox I pray that you hydrate, rest, eat healthy and release any darkness, hate or jealousy. Forgive every single person who’s ever wronged you and then forgive yourself. Love your neighbor and love yourself. If you feel a negative thought or judgment about anyone or anything (including yourself) immediately replace it with love and light.

The more you can prepare your body, mind and spirit for this shift the lighter and brighter you will be.

And beware of the darkness’ final and futile attempts to trick you and hurt you. You are stronger than them – plus, you already know the ending…

You win.

Love. Light. Balance. And some more love to you all.

Wild Horses

I’m attending “Kryon, Monument Valley Tour” with my Lee (the man who channels Kryon is also named Lee, but that’s not the one I’m referencing today) and about 80 other humans this week.

I’m spending as little time on my “control device” as possible while here but I’m continuing to check in with my oldest daughter, Alisha, who helps me post these blogs as well as handles my Twitter and helps me with my Instagram. Technology has outgrown me and I flail to keep up, so thank goodness for her!

I am planning on writing a brief synopsis of my time here when it’s over and when we return to my comfort zone, which is our home. It is then that I will try to explain why sitting on a hill top, with people who are strangers to me, listening to a man channel about a beautiful, compassionate future – brought me to tears. It moved me so profoundly and brought absolute chills of resonation… but that is a story for another day.

This brief check in was inspired by what I’ve seen several times as we’ve traveled throughout these ancient lands of the indigenous people: wild horses.

When my Lee first pointed them out as we drove down the road towards Monument Valley, my initial thought was “There’s no way that there are still wild horses out here.” Surely someone would have captured them, attempted to “train” them and contained them by now.

As I looked closer I saw that their wild and raggedy manes were clearly unkempt, but I also saw the freedom and determination to be free in their eyes and in their movements. They traveled in a group of 3 or 4 but were seemingly a “pack” and they inherently knew that there is safety and solace in numbers, even if they are small numbers. They had the aura of never being made to do anything that wasn’t natural or that they weren’t born with the instincts to do.

I was so grateful to know that these creatures still existed and that they were wild, free and allowed to live the existence of their choosing.

I’m grateful people stand back and look at them in awe instead of trying to change them and force them to live in a way that suits humans and not necessarily the horses.

What an incredibly, intense and perfect metaphor or symbolism for how I was feeling traveling with some of my “pack” the last couple of days.

While none of us are raggedy and unkempt and we have been made to conform to human standards to varying degrees, at some point we awakened to the call from spirit to break free.

People have always had free will and can and do choose to live any way that suits them best. You can choose to live contained, be trained and to conform.

As for me, I’ll continue to choose to run with the wild horses.

De-clutter your Karma

_20180706_182639_2I get a massive sense of people feeling the need to clean, declutter and downsize things around them right now. And that makes me ecstatic.

I sense that this is a universal feeling that is also highly metaphorical, that people are having because with the massive energy shift of the planet the earth needs us to clean up our karmic and akashic energy in order to move forward and progress in to the light.

This includes doing energy work for not only yourself but for all of your ancestors in the past. Without even knowing consciously what is happening – some of us are even getting rid of generational curses that have been haunting our families for years and years.

This gives me the biggest flutters in my heart knowing that the time of compassion and change is truly here and that people everywhere can feel it and are taking part in it.

It will still take time and not everyone is on board yet… but the fact that the wheels are in motion is so significant. I’m grateful to be here at this time with all of you.

So clean on fellow earthlings! Let’s sweep out the darkness and allow there to be light.

Mixed Messages

compassion-dana-kern

How can we say “Don’t be a bully” and “Don’t be a sissy” in the same breathe?

I hear stories on the news and Facebook – of bullying. I see parents reacting by saying things like “I’d kick that bully kids ass”… umm… ? I’m so confused.

Am I the only one who thinks we are sending our children and everyone else mixed messages?

Suicide and drug overdoses are at an all time high and we are still ok with thinking offensive things are funny and sharing things that encourage hate and violence and yet I don’t think some people even realize that they are doing it.

Either we are accepting of the fact that it’s ok to be different, have emotions and feelings and to reach out and ask for help if we are struggling… or we aren’t.

I just saw a post that was a complaint form, like one you would turn in if you worked for a large company but I believe it was for the Army. It’s one thing to be willingly going into the military and expecting drill sergeant mentality, belittling and degrading and it’s another to just be trying to get through day to day life when you’re suffering.

What I gathered from this post was that it was for someone who was complaining because they have “hurt feelings”. Obviously poking fun and belittling anyone who has an issue and has the nerve to say something about it.

In this day and age of #metoo and all of the depressed youth considering suicide as a better option than speaking out when they have “hurt feelings” it wouldn’t surprise me as to why they wouldn’t want to speak up and speak out.

I was saddened by the post and what it insinuated. But of course I was. I am different than I used to be… my whole life I have made fun of everything and everyone and I honestly now feel terrible about it.

I’m not offended by the post, please take note at the difference. People can say what they want. I was SADDENED at how conflicting these things that people say and share are from what they claim they actually stand for.

People reacted by sharing this post and putting the “thumbs up” and “laughing face” emoji. I just wonder if these are the same people claiming to care about stopping bullying and then suggesting we “kick asses” when one kid bullies another. I’m not sure how that is the answer…

I do feel that there is actually a solution. Raise your children to be compassionate, caring, respectful humans with no need to be offensive or cruel to other humans. Show them by being kind and understanding yourself.

I, for one, have made up my mind to change my mind about feelings and my reaction to when people have them. Especially children. Mixed messages are not helping, in my opinion. Maybe you disagree and think the heartless, demoralizing drill sergeant method – where you refer to everyone as sissys and make fun of people for having feelings is the way to go. I just feel like it is that type of kid who ends up on the news for bullying all of the other kids.

A few questions I don’t think God will ask me.

48046696_2203160133229642_3827027851731795968_n

I have often wondered if I am worthy to “cross over” when I die and what questions might I be asked about me and my life when I get there to determine worthiness.

Whether you believe in any of that or not, it’s still a great hypothetical, if nothing else.

First question I pose to you. It is made up of several questions within the same subject. Where is Jesus from; what land and area? What religion would you say he is? What political affiliation would you think he is? Do you think he was a peaceful, compassionate, caring person?

… and where I’m going with this is here: I believe that everything literally can be answered by asking the question “What would Jesus do?” I know Christians are all over that saying already and by my discernment meter, they are on the right track.

The following are my beliefs about Jesus and mine alone. If you agree, great. If not, great.

I think he would look at every single person on the planet with the exact same absolute compassion in his eyes and unconditional love in his heart. He would hug each and every one of us and probably wash all of our feet.

I DO think that whoever decided to put “God” and “Country” in the same statement was a marketing/ strategical genius. I think that way some people will confuse the laws of the commandments with the laws of the constitution.

Man made laws, to me, are so very different than Gods laws. If we were living by the latter, things would be very different… and I pray that they still will be at some point.

We the people, by the people are the ones who were given free will. What we have chosen as a society says a lot about how far we’ve gotten away from the basics we were given in the beginning. There’s been liberties, interpretation and perception all over the place.

So back to when I die… My assumption is that I actually won’t be asked anything. Indeed, I believe, He who I stand before will already know the story in my heart. And The One and only One who should judge me, will.

If I was asked questions, my bet is that the questions will not be along the lines of “Are you Republican, Democrat or Liberal?” “What country is the greatest?” “How many firearms do you own?” “Who was the best president?” “How much money did you make?” These are all human things – not spiritual things.

I do believe it will matter how I loved myself and others. If I was compassionate and non judgmental. If I took care of the Earth (his greatest gift to us besides free will, I believe) and if I contributed more than I took. If I learned from my mistakes and strived to do better…

What we focus on becomes our reality… so I try not to focus on any of the human things – because those are all things that man has decided to separate and judge ourselves by. And if that’s how you make judgements – that’s up to you. I’m trying to remain focused on The One, not the many.

So today and every day I am trying to be a better human and to be worthy. To love myself, love my creator, love the earth and also love all of you!! And I do.

My ultimate goal for myself is death of ego and pride and to not be so selfish and wasteful. Also, to look at every other human with compassion and care and not in judgement and bias. Because… what would Jesus do??
